Day 1: Arrive Christchurch

Arrive in Christchurch. Meet the local representative and transfer to Hotel. Arrive and check in Hotel. The evening is at leisure to relax. Overnight at Christchurch.

 

Day 2: Christchurch

Breakfast at Hotel. The day is free at leisure for you to explore Christchurch, the Garden city on the east coast of New Zealand’s South Island, set on the Canterbury Plains. Overnight at Christchurch. (B)

 

Day 3: Christchurch - Greymouth - Glacier Region

Breakfast at Hotel. Check out from the hotel and Travel over the fertile Canterbury Plains. Board the famous Tranz Alpine train to travel north to Greymouth and board the world Ascend through lush beech forests past the alpine village of Arthur’s Pass before crossing the spectacular Southern Alps. From Greymouth transfer to Glacier Region. (B)

 

Day 4: Glacier Region - Queens Town

Breakfast at Hotel. Continue from Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers region Via entry to the Glacier Hot Pools for Queenstown. Arrive Queenstown & check in hotel. (B)

 

Day 5: Milford Sound

Breakfast at Hotel. Travel through Lumsden and Te Anau to the Fiord land National Park. Enter the Eglinton Valley and travel through the breathtaking man made Homer Tunnel to arrive in Milford Sound. Enjoy a cruise on the world famous fiord before returning to Queens town. (B)

 

Day 6: Queens Town

Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed to enjoy Queenstown orientation tour. Almost everywhere you turn in this tourist capital of the South Island, you are hit with another postcard scene... beautiful Lake Wakatipu, snow-capped mountain peaks, canyon gorges with rushing rivers, mountain forests and abundant wildlife and the list goes on! The rest of the day is free to explore the endless optional attractions available. (B)

 

Day 7: Queens Town - Brisbane - Gold Coast

Breakfast at Hotel. Check out from Queenstown Hotel and transfer to airport to board flight for Brisbane. Arrive in Brisbane and Transfer to Gold Coast hotel (Normal check in time is 1400 - 1500 hours). Day free at Leisure. Overnight at Gold coast Hotel. (B)

 

Day 8: Day Free Or Optional Sea World Tour

Breakfast at hotel. The day is free at leisure or one has the option to take Full day Sea World Tour with entrance. Tour begins with transfer to out of the world marine theme park- Sea world for a day full of thrills and spills. Sea World offers an entertaining look at the sea animals together with thrill and excitement of rides and some amazing shows and attractions. Overnight stay at Hotel in Gold Coast. (B)

 

Day 9: Day Free Or Optional Movie World Tour

Breakfast at hotel. Later you have the option to take Full day Movie World with entrance and transfers. The tour includes transfer to Warner Brothers Movie World- where you find the lights, cameras and action of Hollywood shifted to Gold Coast. Join the fascinating behind the scenes tour of movie making and experience an exciting line-up of attractions that will leave you breathless. The whole family will love the new Road Runner Roller Coaster at Looney Tunes Village- a wonderful area within the award winning park for small children. Take a deep breath before boarding the Wild West Adventure Ride, play with all your favorite Looney Tunes characters like Bugs Bunny, Tweety and the gang. Battle evil in the batman Adventure and brave the fast and furious Lethal Weapon. Overnight stay at Hotel in Gold Coast. (B)

 

Day 10: Gold Coast - Sydney

Breakfast at hotel. Check out from Hotel and transfer to Airport to take flight for Sydney. Arrive in Sydney where our local representative will be waiting at the airport to welcome you. Welcome to Sydney - The Harbour City of Australia. We check into the hotel (Standard Check in time is 1400 Hrs early check in is Subject to availability and at Sole discretion of Hotel). Overnight at hotel in Sydney. (B)

 

Day 11: Sydney Orientation Tour

Breakfast at Hotel. Proceed to board the coach for Sydney Orientation tour. The tour would include Harbour bridge & city skyline, King's Cross, Darling Harbour, one of the world’s greatest waterfront destinations; Chinatown, Bondi Beach and the Opera House (Outside View). Rest of the day is free for shopping. Overnight at Hotel in Sydney. (B)

 

Day 12: Day Free Or Optional Blue Mountain Tour

Breakfast at the Hotel and later you have the option to Pick up from Hotel and proceed for Blue Mountains tour. Tour would commence right after breakfast, which would include Three Sisters, Echo Point and Kattomba. Pass by Homebush Bay, site of the 2000 Olympic Games. Climb into the mountains via the sleepy townships of Blaxland, Leura, Wentworth and Lawson. Discover Leura village - a delightful blend of groomed gardens and quaint shops. Enjoy free time to wander the streets of Leura. Stop at Echo Point and see the famous Three Sisters rock formation. Discover the aboriginal dreamtime legends of the mountains and Three Sisters. Follow the scenic Cliff Drive and enjoy breathtaking views of the Megalong Valley. See Katoomba - heart of the resort region within the Blue Mountains. Enjoy an easy walk and stroll along the boardwalk through the Rainforest. Return to the Hotel in evening. Overnight stay at hotel in Sydney. (B)

 

Day 13: Sydney - Melbourne (Orientation Tour)

Breakfast at hotel. Check out from the hotel and transfer to Sydney Airport to take flight for Melbourne. Arrive in Melbourne and proceed to Melbourne Orientation Tour where you can see the Federation Square, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Shrine of Remembrance and Art Center. Also see the tour Melbourne Cricket Ground. Overnight stay at Hotel in Melbourne. (B)

 

Day 14: Day Free Or Optional Great Ocean Road Tour

After Breakfast day is free or one can choose to Enjoy the spectacular views over golden surf beaches, sheer cliff faces and magnificent stands of Eucalyptus. Drive along the coastline on entire length of Port Campbell National Park. The coastline with its twisted shapes of amazing rock formation, the famous ‘Twelve Apostles’ - huge stone pillars rising from the surf, the Loch Ard Gorge, will give a photographer some spectacular pictures this evening. Overnight stay at Hotel in Melbourne. (B)

 

Day 15: Return Home With Wonderful Memories

Today, we proceed to the airport for our flight back home. It’s time to say goodbye to all the new friends you have made. We would like you to spare a few minutes of your time to write and tell us how you enjoyed your tour and any suggestions you may have for the future. (B)

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

  • This package cost is based on national AUD rate at Rs. 47/- & NZD rate at 44/-, the bench mark rate taken uniformally as AUD & NZD are too much volatile and can’t be changed in itinerary / handout frequently. This is the HDFC Bank TT Selling rate taken at which the Bank will be making remittance to vendors abroad through Telex Transfer for land-arrangements etc. Please don’t get confused with the Inter Bank rate or Currency buying / selling rates being quoted on Currency rate sites or Bank’s Currency trading site.
  • To avoid impact of future fluctuation you can get the package cost freezed by making 100% payment of package cost adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate of HDFC Bank at time booking or within 5 days of it. There will be Rs. 500/- (pp) extra towards Remittance & Bank transaction charges payable as remittance will be sent separately for & on your behalf.
  • Else, if you choose to make payments as per Schedule of Payment given in itinerary - at time of full & final payment the TT selling rate prevailing at that time shall apply.

Terms & Conditions

  • Tour operated subject to minimum 20 passengers.
  • Need Visa Document within 02 days after Booking.
  • In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • Due to operational reasons, the routing of tour may be amended. However all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
  • As hotels / Flights / Itinerary / Route are subject to change without notice, no compensation will be paid for changes.
  • You must be in possession of a valid Multiple Entry Australia Visa. The cost of this Visa is included in your tour price. Some Consulates may request for a personal interview. You will have to attend this Interview.
  • The 3rd person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed
  • Hotel occupancy regulations, maximum 3 persons are allowed in one room
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation / vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • The Service Voucher(s) along with air-tickets and other travel documents would be given to you 4 days prior to the departure, only on payment of full tour cost including foreign exchange component 30 days prior to the departure of the tour and adherence to the schedule of documentation by you.
  • If the booking is accepted less than 30 days prior to departure, you shall make full payment of the tour cost including foreign exchange component and deposits at the time of booking.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • Please take care of all your personal belongings and valuable and note that Local Operator will not be held liable for any loss.
  • Any increase in rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as Guarantee Booking
    This is to inform you, prior to confirm your booking which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will not be applicable for your booking.
    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as following:
    • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 25,000/- shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 44 to 31 days prior to departure, 40% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 14 to 08 days prior to departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made anytime less then 07 days prior to departure or In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If Visa got rejected for any Reason Minimum Rs. 25,000/- per person will be deducted towards processing from your amount before 31 days of Travel (Within 30 days of Travel date Visa rejection Charges as per Cancellation Policy).
  • In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client.
  • In case of Third Party Products (Flight, Hotel, Rail, Cruise, etc.) the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges.
