Day 1: Welcome to Sydney, the Harbor City

Upon our arrival at the Sydney Airport, we will be welcomed by our Ground Manager. We shall check in to our hotel (Please note that the check in time is 1400 hours and early check in is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the hotel staff). Remaining day is free at own leisure to Relax or spend the time to explore nearby places.

Day 2: Half day Tour & any two attractions

Multicultural and cosmopolitan are just a couple of the words used to describe Sydney which is the state capital of New South Wales in Australia. Today we will discover this fascinating city!

We will start our morning with some delicious breakfast at the hotel and then board the coach for a half-day City tour. This tour would include a visit to Harbour Bridge and City Skyline, King’s Cross, Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Bondi Beach and the Opera House. Please note that no return / drop off will be provided.

Later in the evening, we can choose any two attractions (Transfers not included) from below mentioned:
Sydney Aquarium / Wildlife World / Sydney Tower Eye + 4D Experience / Madame Tussauds / Ocean world Manly- Need to Buy Own Ferry Tickets. Later return to hotel on your own.

Day 3: Blue Mountains with Wildlife Park

The stunning UNESCO World-Heritage Listed wilderness of Blue Mountains is a little over an hour from Sydney. Spend the day soaking in the panoramic views of the mountains and watch the native animals in their natural habitat.

Get ready for a full day tour of these magical mountains right after a wholesome breakfast at the Hotel. Explore the mountains via the townships of Blaxland, Leura, Wentworth and Lawson. We will have some free time to wander around the streets of Leura and to get a taste of the mountain culture - Just the perfect opportunity to browse through the antique stores for some exquisite pieces to carry back home. We will stop at the Echo Point and see the amazing rock formation of the Three Sisters, drive by the scenic cliff and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Megalong Valley, discover Katoomba - the township that is considered the heart of the resort region in the Blue Mountains. Enjoy an easy stroll along the boardwalk through the rain forest and drive by the Homebush Bay (sight of the Olympic Games 2000).
Please note that the hotel drop offs to most of the city hotels are available; your Coach Captain will ask you at the end of the day about where you would like to be dropped off.

Day 4: Reaching Gold Coast

Today we bid adieu to Sydney. After breakfast at hotel, we will be driven to the Sydney Airport for our flight to Gold Coast. We will be greeted by our Local Expert at the Gold Coast Airport. Later, we will be transferred to our hotel (The usual Check-in time is 1400 to 1500 hours).

We have the day to ourselves to explore the gorgeous Gold Coast! We could walk along the coastline, sit and enjoy surfers in action or just capitalize on the amazing restaurant scene that the Gold Coast has to offer.

Day 5: A Full Day Tour of the Sea World

We will kick start our day with a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel. Our full day tour begins with transfer to the World Marine Theme Park - Sea World (Entrance fee inclusive). There is so much to do here for all age groups - we could spend the whole day learning about marine animals, brave the adventurous rides, watch the captivating shows and enjoy the sweeping views of Sea World. Soak in the amazingly put together Theme park and its offerings. Later return to your Hotel in the evening.

Day 6: A Full Day Tour of the Movie World

We will begin the day with a delectable breakfast and prepare ourselves for a fun filled day at the Movie World (Entrance fee inclusive in the package). The tour includes transfer to the Warner Brother’s Movie World which offers attractions and rides that cater to all age groups. Experience the fascinating behind-the-scenes tour of movie making and jaw-dropping line-up of attractions that will leave you speechless. The whole family can take the Road Runner Roller Coaster at the Looney Tunes Village - a brilliant area within the award winning park for kids. Each ride is more adventurous and thrilling than the previous one! On the main Street you will find plenty of photo opportunities throughout the day with various Looney Tunes characters as well as your favourite Warner Brother’s superheroes. After spending fun filled time here, return to your hotel in the evening.

Day 7: Gold Coast to Tangalooma (Brisbane)

After breakfast, pack your bags and check out from the hotel as we will drive to Brisbane via a beautiful drive through the majestic landscape of Australia. We will check into our hotel (normal check in is between 1400 to 1500 hours). We will then have the day free to explore the many wonders of this beautiful island.

Day 8: Day free to explore Beautiful Island

After breakfast at hotel, we are free to further explore the beautiful place - feed the dolphins, stroll along the white beach, go swimming in the ocean, indulge in water sports or simply take a walk on this beautiful island, every corner is filled with intriguing sights and activities. After spending the entire day at your own leisure, return to your hotel.

Day 9: Brisbane to Melbourne

Have breakfast at hotel on this Beautiful Island & later pack your bags before check out from the hotel. We will drive to the Brisbane Airport, from where we will fly to Melbourne. Our local representative will greet us at the airport, and will take us to the hotel (Normal check in time is between 1400 to 1500 hours). We will then have free time to explore this stylish city on our own.

Day 10: The Great Ocean Road Tour

After the breakfast, we will head out to explore the Australian scenery via The Great Ocean Road Tour. We will drive along the coastline of the Port Campbell National Park, letting our hair down for the beautiful drive, watching the magnificent views go by, like the spectacular rock formations called ‘the 12 Apostles’, the vivid eucalyptus stands, the huge stone pillars rising from the ocean, the Loch Ard Gorge and so much more. With innumerable opportunities for brilliant photography, and scenic views that sty with you for a long, long time, this day will be etched in your memory. Later return to your hotel and relax.

Day 11: Time to bid adieu to this country

We will enjoy a scrumptious breakfast, after which we will leave for the airport. We will carry with us the sights and sounds unique t this wildly beautiful country, the memories that we created, and the friendships that were born in this trip.

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

  • This package cost is based on national AUD rate at Rs. 49/-, the bench mark rate taken uniformally as AUD is too much volatile and can’t be changed in itinerary / handout frequently. This is the HDFC Bank TT Selling rate taken at which the Bank will be making remittance to vendors abroad through Telex Transfer for land-arrangements etc. Please don’t get confused with the Inter Bank rate or Currency buying / selling rates being quoted on Currency rate sites or Bank’s Currency trading site.
  • To avoid impact of future fluctuation you can get the package cost freezed by making 100% payment of package cost adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate of HDFC Bank at time booking or within 5 days of it. There will be Rs. 500/- (pp) extra towards Remittance & Bank transaction charges payable as remittance will be sent separately for & on your behalf.
  • Else, if you choose to make payments as per Schedule of Payment given in itinerary - at time of full & final payment the TT selling rate prevailing at that time shall apply.

Terms & Conditions

  • Tour operated subject to minimum 20 passengers.
  • Need Visa Document within 02 days after Booking.
  • In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
  • Due to operational reasons, the routing of tour may be amended. However all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
  • As hotels / Flights / Itinerary / Route are subject to change without notice, no compensation will be paid for changes.
  • You must be in possession of a valid Multiple Entry Australia Visa. The cost of this Visa is included in your tour price. Some Consulates may request for a personal interview. You will have to attend this Interview.
  • The 3rd person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed
  • Hotel occupancy regulations, maximum 3 persons are allowed in one room
  • It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation / vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • The Service Voucher(s) along with air-tickets and other travel documents would be given to you 4 days prior to the departure, only on payment of full tour cost including foreign exchange component 30 days prior to the departure of the tour and adherence to the schedule of documentation by you.
  • If the booking is accepted less than 30 days prior to departure, you shall make full payment of the tour cost including foreign exchange component and deposits at the time of booking.
  • It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
  • Please take care of all your personal belongings and valuable and note that Local Operator will not be held liable for any loss.
  • Any increase in rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as Guarantee Booking
    This is to inform you, prior to confirm your booking which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will not be applicable for your booking.
    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as following:
    • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 25,000/- shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 44 to 31 days prior to departure, 40% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 14 to 08 days prior to departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made anytime less then 07 days prior to departure or In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If Visa got rejected for any Reason Minimum Rs. 25,000/- per person will be deducted towards processing from your amount before 31 days of Travel (Within 30 days of Travel date Visa rejection Charges as per Cancellation Policy).
  • In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client.
  • In case of Third Party Products (Flight, Hotel, Rail, Cruise, etc.) the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges.
