NOTES
1. Tour cost is based on base category rooms. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.
2. This is a group departure with FIXED travel Date with minimum 6 pax are required to operate the trip. If operating with less then 06 pax, the supplement cost would be charged to operate trip as per below:-
A) The guests need to pay - INR 1,500/- per person additional to operate the trip with minimum 04 pax.
B) The guests need to pay - INR 3,500/- per person additional to operate the trip with minimum 02 pax.
3. All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.
4. Govt. ID with address proof is compulsory during the journey and to stay at hotel/ Resort/Camp.
5. This is a short trip, so please travel with light luggage (max 7-8 kgs), due to limited luggage space in vehicle.
6. The transportation/ hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.
7. A service of cab and driver would be available and provided as per the itinerary, not for at disposal.
8. No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.
9. Package Cost NOT valid on blackout dates- like long weekend dates, Holi festival period).
10. The payments for additional service/ extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly at there.
11. Hotels standard check-in/check-out time is 1400 hrs/1100 hrs,Early or late Check out subject to availability.
Remarks
- The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
- Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same room, is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
- Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 yrs. of age with one extra bed (subject to hotel policy and conditions).
- This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in hotel.
- The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
- We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information’s as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect/changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel.
- Please provide Govt issued ids with address proof to process the reservation and must to carry with them at the time of check-in counters at airport and at the hotel.
COVID-19 Guidelines - Terms and conditions -
1. All travelers are requested to must follow if government issued any covid related guidelines.
2. Hotel vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.
3. We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like airlines, Hotel etc unless they refund us in our bank account.
4. If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. One the tour commences there shall be no refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
- If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure: 20% of total package cost.
- If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure: 30% of total package cost.
- If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 50% of total package cost.
- If cancellation is made 15 to 10 days prior to departure: 75% of total package cost.
- If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
