Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Madurai

An early morning flight – Delhi to Madurai/ Transfer to Rameshwaram (180 Kms/ 3-4 hrs)

An early morning flight to Madurai. Pick up on arrival at Madurai airport and proceed to Rameswaram. Enroute stop at Pamban Bridge for photography and later check in at the hotel.

Afternoon, we will do sightseeing tour of Rameswaram. The temple here is highly famous among Hindu pilgrims all-round the globe, visit Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam memorial and other attractions in and around.


Overnight stay in Rameshwaram.

Day 2: In Rameshwaram

Today, after breakfast – you will visit the Ramanathaswamy Temple Dedicated to Lord Shiva (if not visited yesterday). It is one of the twelve Jyotirlinga temples and is Known for Its Grandiose Architecture. Next, Visit the Adam’s Bridge or Rama Setu, a Chain of Limestone Shoals Between Pamban Island and Mannar Island. You will be taken to Dhanushkodi, the Beautiful Ruin at the South-eastern Tip of Pamban Island.


Later return to the hotel and the remaining time in the evening is free at own leisure or for shopping.

Day 3: Morning drive to Madurai

Morning drive to Madurai (180 Kms / 3-4 hrs) / Madurai Sightseeing.

Today morning, checkout after breakfast and return drive to Madurai. Check-in at the hotel and freshen up. Later visit Meenakshi Temple, said to have been built in the 6th Century BC. After visiting Meenakshi temple proceed to Thiruparankundram Murugan Temple, a Rock Cut Temple Which is Believed to have Been Built By the Pandyas During the 6th Century. Later (if time permits) - Visit Thirumalai Nayak Palace, the Regal Palace of the Nayaks of Madurai Which Will Give You a Deeper Understanding of the Local History and Gandhi Museum.

NOTE: The above tour cost is based on minimum 04 Pax - All transfers, drive and sightseeing on sharing basis.


Supplement/ Add-On Cost/ Upgrade Charges -

1) For minimum 02 Pax – The supplement cost for operating a trip with minimum 02 pax / upgrade into an exclusive private vehicle @ INR 3,500/- per person additional on above tour cost.

2) We will provide Sedan Car for 02 to 04 Pax. (Upgrade to Innova Car @ INR 4,000/- per vehicle)

3) Airfare - The tentative airfare (Delhi-Madurai-Delhi) calculated @ INR 15,000/- per person, any difference in airfare at the time of booking would be charged additional. (Airfare is subject to change)


Supplement charges extra for booking on blackout dates, long weekend holidays, Pongal Maha Shivaratri and local festival dates, Independence & Republic Day, Christmas & New Year, Holi, Local festival dates.

Notes

1. Our cost is based on base category rooms. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.

2. Minimum 4 pax required to operate the trip on above mentioned cost.

3. The supplement cost for operating a trip with minimum 02 pax would be INR 3,500/- per person EXTRA.

4. All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.

5. Govt. ID with address proof/passport with valid visa is compulsory during the trip and to stay at hotel.

6. The transportation/ hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.

7. A service of cab and driver would be available and provided as per the itinerary, not for at disposal.

8. No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized.

9. All buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.

10. Package Cost NOT valid on Blackout dates, long weekends holidays, Republic Day, Christmas & New Year time and Local festival dates.

11. The payments for additional service/ extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly at there.

12. Early Check-in and late Check out room not included in the tour cost and subject to availability.

13. In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.


Remarks

  • The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
  • Extra adult (3rd person) who shares the same double room, is provided with an extra bed/ roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12yrs. of age with one extra bed.
  • Due to Covid Guidelines few of the services are not operational in hotel.
  • This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in hotel.
  • The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.

Terms and conditions during COVID-19.

1. 100% advance amount to be deposited by the guest to confirm the Hotel/Camp reservation.

2. Please provide government-issued ids to process the reservation.

3. Hotel/Camp vouchers are delivered in the email and in the given WhatsApp number of the booked guest.

4. The guest must carry confirmed Hotel voucher at the time of check-in at hotel.

5. Hotel Check in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs. and Camp Check-in time is at 1500 hrs and check out is 0900 hrs.

6. Fixed /chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.

7. Guests showing any covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the Hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked Hotel.

8. All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.

9. We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like airlines, Hotel etc unless they refund us in our bank account.

10. If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. Once the tour commences there shall be no refund.


Terms and conditions

  • Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation. 100% of the package amount.
  • Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel - 20% of total package cost .
  • Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel - 30% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel - 50% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel - 75% of the total package amount
  • Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel - 100% package amount will be forfeited.


All the documents will be delivered via email and to your WhatsApp number only.

In case a passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health conditions then the entire package amount shall be forfeited. A request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.

This is a quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in the airline or in hotel. The booking is processed after receiving the Advance amount along with Government issued ID’s. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire Advance amount is refundable to you.


  • Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
  • Please reach the airport 3 hours hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • Web check-in is mandatory for all passengers. You will have to show your boarding pass / e-boarding pass along with your Identity card to the CISF staff at the Entry Gate. (Please Note: Airlines may charge for Web check-in Service. Applicable charges are not included in Package & need to be Paid by the Passengers only)
  • A self-declaration will be taken during the process of web check-in. Boarding pass will be issued only once the passenger gives this self-declaration.
  • Passenger will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya Setu app by the staff at entry gate of the airport. In case of non-availability of Aarogya Setu, passenger will be directed to a counter provided by the airport where Aarogya Setu app can be downloaded. A green status on your ‘Aarogya Setu’ App is mandatory to enter the terminal.
  • If you are not able to print the baggage tag, then you should mention the PNR number and your name as registered in your booking on a thick piece of paper and affix it / tag it with a strong string to your check-in baggage at a prominent place for identification.
  • If you are denied travel due to high temperature then a change in date of travel might be offered. The change fee might not be applied and you may change your flight for a later date by paying the difference in fare. This process is entirely at the discretion of the respective airlines.
  • As an extra precaution, Airline are temporarily suspending Food and Beverage services on board. F&B consumption on board is not permitted. We recommend that they may be consumed at home or at the airport premises.
  • During boarding and travel all passengers shall use face cover/mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • During the flight if you feel unwell, having breathing difficulty or any other health related problems than such situation should be brought to the immediate notice of Airline cabin crew on board. Airline cabin crew will assist in handling the situation.
  • Vulnerable persons such as very elderly, expectant mothers, passengers with ailments are advised to avoid air travel.
  • In airline no seat is provided to Infant.


  • Complimentary Arrival / Departure transfers are provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration (1 to 2 hour). Guests are requested to remain patient in their sitting area until all the booked passengers have boarded the vehicle.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all Complimentary transfers are provided by Non air condition vehicle only. Private transfers in air condition vehicle can be arranged at an Extra cost (Please check the cost at the time of making reservation).
  • To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours (if included) are on SIC i.e. Seat in coach / shared basis.
  • If the return Flight is late in evening, the guest has to Check out from the hotel at 11 AM or at the time specified by the Hotel.


  • The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
  • At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
  • Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.

  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.

  • The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 11 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.
  • Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
  • Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Due to Covid Guidelines few of the Services like- Swimming pool, Spa & Gymnasium, etc. are not operational in the Hotel.
  • Proper swim wears are necessary to avail the Swimming pool facility (if available).
  • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • Mini bar facility (if available) in the hotels is on a chargeable basis.
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.

  • We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like Airlines, Hotels, etc. unless they refund us in our Bank account.

  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the Hotel / Resort. This is mandatory. Airlines & Hotels may deny entry and services in the absence of these documents, in such cases we shall not be held responsible by customers.

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.
