Day 1: Arrive Bangalore- Local Sightseeing

On your arrival at Bangalore airport, meet the driver waiting for you at the Exit gate with placard of your name. He will drive you to Bangalore. On arrival, check in at hotel and relax. Later proceed for local sightseeing (if time permits) including ISKON Temple- one of the largest ISKON temples in the world, Vidhana Soudha- the seat of state legislature of Karnataka, High Court (Orientation Tour Only), Vishweshwaraya Museum, Bangalore Palace and Lal Bagh that houses the largest collection of tropical plants in India. Later return to hotel and enjoy a relaxed sleep.

Day 2: Bangalore to Kodaikanal

Charge yourself with a morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Kodaikanal (approx 450 kms/ 9.5 hours drive). The word Kodaikanal that means ‘Gift of the Forest’, is a very famous hill station of Tamil Nadu. Marvelous landscapes, unmatched serenity, lush greenery of charming orchards and a welcoming weather round the year makes Kodaikanal an ideal retreat for all. On arrival, check in at hotel. Evening is at leisure. You can take rest from the long drive or step out to explore nearby places on your own.

Day 3: Kodaikanal Sightseeing

Enjoy a beautiful morning in nature’s retreat. Have a fill at morning breakfast before we proceed for a full day sightseeing tour of Kodaikanal that includes Berijam Lake, Bryant Park, Shenbaganur Museum, the Boat Club, Kodaikanal Lake & Coaker’s Walk.
We visit Kodai Lake, the most well-known attraction of Kodaikanal. It is a manmade lake that was built way back in 1863. Furthering our visit to Bryant Park, fantastically maintained botanical garden spread across 20.5 acres where different hues of large dahlias are the main attraction, we also visit Shenbaganur Museum of Natural History, where you can see stored 500 species of animals, birds and insects. Take a walk along the edge of steep slopes at Coaker's Walk, a beautiful mountain pedestrian path constructed in 1872. Visit the Berijam Lake, a scenic freshwater reservoir hidden amidst dense forests of Kodaikanal and enjoy boating and rowing at the Boat Club. Later return to the hotel and sleep relaxed.

Day 4: Kodaikanal to Ooty

Enjoy a beautiful morning with a hot cup of tea in your bed. Take a fill at morning breakfast and check out from hotel. Today drive to Ooty- the Queen of Hills (approx 280 Kms/ 6.5 Hrs). The drive is extremely enjoyable with spectacular landscapes of unspoilt natural beauty. On arrival, check in at hotel and relax. Later, proceed for local sightseeing (if the time permits).

Day 5: Ooty Sightseeing & Visit to Coonoor

Rise to a beautiful morning. Have a fill at morning breakfast at the hotel and get ready for a day full of sightseeing. Ooty is a beautiful hill station at an altitude of 2286 metres with its placid lakes, green hills and vast manicured gardens. The sightseeing tour includes a visit to the famous Botanical Gardens and the beautiful Rose Garden. Visit the mesmerising Ooty Lake where you can enjoy boating (at extra cost), the Shooting Point, Sims Park and Dolphin Nose. Get to the highest point of Ooty at Doddabetta Peak at an altitude of 2637 metres to take majestic views of green hills of Nilgiri mountain ranges. Enjoy the wonderful scenic beauty of Ooty. Later drive to Coonoor (approx 20 kms/ 40 mns drive). Coonoor is a true abode of tranquility and one of the loveliest places for those who seek to go in the nest of mother nature. Enjoy some time away from the hassles and noise of the city life. Return to Ooty in evening after a wonderful day.

Day 6: Ooty to Mysore- Local Sightseeing

Wake up, get refreshed and enjoy morning breakfast at hotel. Later check out and proceed for Mysore. Enjoy the drive and check in at hotel on arrival at Mysore. In the afternoon, proceed for local sightseeing at Mysore that includes Mysore Palace- the most famous attraction of the city, Mysore Zoo, Chamundi Hills, St Philomina’s Church and the beautiful Brindavan Gardens. Walk amidst the flower beds studded with numerous fountains. Head back to the hotel and catch a relaxed sleep.

Day 7: Mysore to Bangalore- Departure

Today morning, take a fill at morning breakfast and check out from the hotel. The vacation comes to an end today. Catch your drive to Bangalore (approx 150 kms/ 3.5 hours drive). Board your return flight from the Bangalore Airport and welcome back home. We would wait to hear your experience once you come back.

    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.

    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. 
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken..
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • You will be kept informed at every step of the process like:
    • When your visa is successfully done.
    • Your hotel rooms are booked.
    • Your Flights are confirmed.
    • Any other inclusion in the package.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will deliver the package to your door steps.

Important Information

  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the resort. This is mandatory.

Terms & Conditions

  • To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
  • Complimentary Arrival / Departure transfers & sightseeing tours are provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration (1 to 2 hour). Guests are requested to remain patient in their sitting area until all the booked passengers have boarded the vehicle.
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.
  • The tour guide reserves the rights to make changes / detour or omit any place of visit, if it becomes necessary due to bad weather, bad road, strike or ban & security reason.
  • The vehicle used (AC or Non AC) is available for point to point services only and is not at disposal. Guests are requested to follow the timings in the program.
  • In case any services are miss due to delay in departure, the operator will not be responsible for any refund

  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above than 11 yrs shall be considered for an adult cost.
  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The Standard check in and check out time of the hotel is 12 to 12 noon (Subject to change). Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel.
    Timings: Breakfast: 0800 - 1000 hrs
    Lunch: 1300 - 1500 hrs
    Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 5,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
