Goa Special Fly & Stay Deal (with tours) 4 Nights

Remarks:-

• Per person cost is calculated based on Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
• The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
• Extra adult is the 3^rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
• Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 yrs. of age with one extra bed.
• Hotel Check-in and Check-out Timings:
• Check-in Time: 14:00 Hrs to 15:00 Hrs
• Check-out Time: 11:00 Hrs to 12:00 Hrs
• This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in the airline or in hotel.
• The booking is processed after receiving the Advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire Advance amount is refundable to you.
• Flight tickets are issued on the basis of minimum available fare.
• If the flight is late in the evening, the guest has to check out from the hotel at 11 am or at the time specified by the hotel.
• We have made all possible efforts to make hotel related information’s as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the hotel.
• This package is suitable only for families or groups of friends / colleagues traveling together. Stags bookings are not allowed.

Terms & Conditions:-

• Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Package cost is based on minimum two adults sharing one room.
• Airfare and hotel availability are subject to availability at the time of booking and may change without prior notice.
• Passengers must report at the airport at least 3 hours before departure and complete web check-in before arrival at the airport.
• Airlines may levy charges for seat selection, web check-in, meals, or baggage, which are not included in the package unless specified.
• Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM (may vary by hotel). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.
• Airport transfers, if included, are generally provided on SIC (Seat-in-Coach / shared) basis unless specified otherwise.
• Breakfast is not included on the day of arrival and on complimentary nights, if any.
• Any additional services at the hotel such as mini-bar, room service, extra meals, laundry, etc. must be paid directly by the guest.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for travel and hotel check-in.
• Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The company will not be liable for any loss or damage.
• The full payment must be completed before the travel date. All bookings are subject to cancellation and amendment policies.
• “The company reserves the right to change hotels, flights, or itinerary due to operational reasons while maintaining the same category of service.”

Cancellation Policy:-

• Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
• Cancellation charges 45 days before of date of travel: 10% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued flight tickets and hotel.
• Cancellation charges between 30 to 45 days of date of travel: 15% of the total package amount + cancellation charges of issued flight tickets and hotel.
• Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel: 20% of the total package amount + cancellation charges of issued flight tickets and hotels.
• Cancellation charges within 10 to 15 days of date of travel: 30% of the total package amount + cancellation charges of issued flight tickets and hotels.
• Cancellation charges within 10 days of date of travel: 100% package amount will be forfeited.

All the documents will be delivered over the emails and at your WhatApp number only.

Online Booking Procedure

• To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
• As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
• You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
• We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
• The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
• Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

Standard Booking Procedure (in case of Offline Bookings)

• If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
• If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
  • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
  • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
• If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
  • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
  • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
